1. General approach
Kolay Stok Sayım is designed to perform inventory counting on the device wherever possible. Stock files and counting records are processed in the app’s private storage and are not sent to a server operated by Beylas Tech.
2. Data processed
The app processes stock files selected by the user, product information, counted quantities and operation history. Camera images are analysed temporarily only while recognising barcodes, QR codes or text; the app does not save those images.
3. Data not collected
The app does not collect user accounts, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, phone information, health data or payment information. Personal data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
4. Third-party services
Google ML Kit components may be used for barcode and text recognition. These components may process limited technical diagnostic data for service quality and security. See the ML Kit terms and Android data disclosure for details.
5. File sharing
When you export or share a report, the file is sent only to the destination app or location you choose. This action occurs solely at the user’s explicit request.
6. Storage and deletion
Count data is stored in the app’s private area on the device. Users can remove it with the app’s clearing options or by deleting app data in Android settings. Android automatic backup is disabled for the app.
7. Permissions and security
Camera permission is used only for scanning, vibration permission for user feedback, and network access for required ML Kit operations. The app does not request broad storage access and does not allow unencrypted network traffic.
8. Children’s privacy
Kolay Stok Sayım is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
